| John has concentrated his practice in all aspects of corporate and commercial law, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures of businesses, employment and labour law issues, financings and securities law, as well as commercial litigation. He has appeared before all levels of court in New Brunswick and numerous boards and tribunals. He was admitted to the New Brunswick Bar in 1985 and has practiced law in Saint John during most of that time. |
